From the box.To the first ride.

Four steps. The bike is not complicated to own. A helmet and an adult nearby are the essentials.

  1. 01

    Find their fit

Check the 340 mm seat height and 50 kg rider limit. They should reach the ground, hold the bars and operate the brake and throttle.

  2. 02

    Charge it

An adult charges the 24V 7Ah lead-acid battery with the supplied compatible charger. Follow the manual. Do not use an incompatible charger.

  3. 03

    Set their speed

Choose the lower of the two speed settings to start. Teach the rear disc brake before the twist-grip throttle.

  4. 04

    Get outside

Pick a flat, clear riding area away from traffic. Helmet and protective equipment on. Stay with them for every ride.

Is CubVolt One the right size for my child?

The seat height is 340 mm and the maximum rider weight is 50 kg. Check that your child can comfortably reach the ground, hold the handlebars and operate the brake and throttle. Age alone does not determine fit or readiness. Adult supervision and protective equipment are essential.

How fast does it go? Can the speed be controlled?

The One has two speed settings, with a maximum speed of up to 21 km/h. Actual speed varies with rider weight, terrain and battery condition. An adult should choose the setting and supervise the rider. Start with the lower setting and practise braking before using the throttle.

How far can it travel on a charge?

The stated maximum range is up to 13 km per charge. Range is not a guarantee: rider weight, hills, surface, speed setting, temperature and battery condition all affect it. Plan shorter rides while you learn how the bike performs in your conditions.

What battery does it use, and how do we charge it?

CubVolt One uses a 24V 7Ah lead-acid battery. An adult should charge it using the specified compatible charger and the instructions supplied with the bike. Follow the manual for charging time, storage and battery care. Do not use an incompatible charger or charge a damaged battery.

What warranty comes with the bike?

Your CubVolt One includes a 3-year frame warranty and a 12-month battery warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects. Ordinary wear or damage caused by misuse is not covered by these express warranties. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition to this cover.

Read the warranty and claim process.

How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?

Free standard shipping Australia-wide, including regional and remote locations. Enter your Australian address at checkout to select the free delivery option. If no option appears, contact us with your postcode so we can arrange your free Australian delivery.

Check the product page and checkout for current availability and any dispatch or delivery estimate. If you need the bike by a particular date, contact us before ordering. Read the shipping policy.

Can I return it if it is not right for us?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unused, unridden bike in its original packaging. You pay change-of-mind return freight; there is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

If something is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact CubVolt with your order details so we can help. Our returns policy also explains any change-of-mind offer, the condition required and who pays return freight. Your consumer rights are not restricted to the warranty period.

Read the returns and refunds policy.

What should we do before the first ride?

Read the supplied manual, complete assembly and check the bike before riding. Use a correctly fitted helmet and protective equipment, keep an adult supervising, and start on a flat, clear riding area away from traffic and obstacles. Teach the brake before the throttle.

Shipping & delivery

Free standard shipping Australia-wide. We cover standard delivery to all Australian addresses, including regional and remote locations. Here is what to expect along the way.

Where we deliver

Enter your Australian delivery address at checkout to select free standard shipping. If no delivery option appears, contact us with your postcode before placing an order so we can arrange your free Australian delivery. Addresses that cannot receive a bike-sized parcel may need a different delivery arrangement; we will help you organise it.

Please use a street address and a contact number for the delivery. Do not use a PO box or parcel locker unless that option is expressly offered at checkout. International delivery is not included in our free Australia-wide shipping offer and is available only where a destination and shipping rate are offered at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping within Australia is $0, including regional and remote postcodes. If an optional delivery upgrade or international service is offered, its charge is shown at checkout before payment. We will contact you if a delivery arrangement needs to change.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Check the product page and checkout for the availability and any dispatch or delivery estimate that applies to your order. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you. Allow for the carrier's transit time after dispatch. If no estimate is displayed and you need the bike for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

CubVolt One pre-orders

We are taking pre-orders for the next CubVolt One batch. These bikes are for future delivery and are not ready for immediate dispatch.

Delivery before Christmas 2026 for CubVolt One pre-orders placed by 15 October 2026. The order cut-off is the end of that day in Sydney time. Adding a bike to your cart does not reserve this delivery window; complete checkout by the cut-off to qualify.

The delivery commitment recorded when your order was placed continues to apply to that order. A later change to the timing advertised for new pre-orders does not replace your existing commitment.

For a material delay to a pre-order, we will contact you and discuss the available options, including cancellation and a refund for an unshipped order.

Following your delivery

We send a dispatch confirmation using the contact details on your order, with carrier tracking where available. Please check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If a delivery is delayed or appears lost, contact CubVolt with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. You do not need to manage a claim with the carrier yourself.

When the bike arrives

Check the parcel and bike before assembly or use. If you notice damage or missing items, take photos if you can and contact us promptly so we can help. Reporting damage promptly helps our investigation, but does not impose a fixed deadline on your consumer rights.

If delivery cannot be completed because an address is incorrect or no one can receive it, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any carrier charge for a redelivery will be explained before you agree to it. This does not affect your rights for a delivery problem we are responsible for.

Need help with an order?

For a damaged or incorrect item, see our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & refunds · 30-day unused returns

A little room to change your mind. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unused CubVolt One.

30-day unused returns

To qualify for a change-of-mind refund, your bike must be unridden, undamaged and complete, with its original packaging, supplied parts, accessories and manuals. You can open the box to inspect it; please keep everything together. This offer applies to bikes purchased directly from CubVolt, including sale purchases.

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a request to return your bike.
  2. We will send the return address and packing instructions. Send the return within 14 days of receiving those instructions.
  3. Once we inspect the return and confirm it meets these conditions, we will refund the price you paid for the bike to your original payment method.

You pay the return freight for a change-of-mind return. We do not deduct the cost of your free standard delivery from your refund. Any delivery charge you actually paid, such as an optional delivery upgrade or international shipping, is not refundable for change of mind. There is no restocking fee for an eligible return. If the return does not meet these conditions, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree on the next step.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your bike arrives damaged, is the wrong item or develops a fault, stop using it and contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and any helpful photos. A receipt, order confirmation or other reasonable proof of purchase is sufficient. We may need to assess the bike to understand the problem.

For a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. If a minor problem is not fixed within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or another remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty-product claims are not limited to 30 days and do not require an unused bike or original packaging. Sale purchases have the same consumer guarantee rights.

Returning a bike safely

Contact us before sending a bike or battery so we can arrange a suitable return method. The CubVolt One contains a lead-acid battery; do not send a damaged or leaking battery through ordinary post. For a faulty bike that is heavy or difficult to return, we will arrange collection or cover reasonable transport costs. Keep receipts for any reasonable return costs you incur so we can reimburse them when the fault is confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. If it has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the order in full. If it has already been dispatched, the relevant return process applies. Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay once your entitlement is established; your payment provider may take additional time to display the funds. We do not substitute a store credit where you are entitled to a refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights are additional to our returns policy and express warranty. They may continue after an express warranty period has ended.

Start a return or ask for help

3-year frame & 12-month battery warranty

Every new CubVolt One purchased directly from CubVolt comes with a 3-year frame warranty and a 12-month battery warranty, starting on the date of delivery.

3 yearsSteel frame

Manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship of the structural frame.

12 months24V 7Ah battery

Manufacturing defects in the supplied lead-acid battery's materials or workmanship.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the applicable period, contact us to make a claim. After assessing it, we will repair or replace the affected frame or battery at no charge, including the labour needed for that remedy. We will explain the proposed remedy and arrangements before proceeding. Where Australian Consumer Law gives you a choice of refund or replacement, that choice remains yours.

These express warranties cover the frame and battery described above. Other components still carry the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law; the absence of a stated express warranty period does not remove those rights.

How to make a claim

  1. Stop riding if the bike may be unsafe. Contact CubVolt using the details below.
  2. Include your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase, delivery date, a description of the issue and photos or video if available.
  3. We will review your claim and explain any inspection, repair or return arrangements. Please contact us before sending the bike or battery so we can organise suitable transport.

Keep receipts for reasonable claim-related transport expenses and send them with your claim so we can reimburse them when the covered defect is confirmed. We cover the reasonable assessment, parts, labour and transport costs of a valid warranty claim. If an assessment finds an issue outside this express warranty and your consumer guarantees, we will explain any proposed paid work and obtain your agreement before charging you.

Care, use and exclusions

This express warranty does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic wear from use, or damage caused by a collision, misuse, overloading above 50 kg, unsuitable modifications, or failure to follow the supplied operating, charging and storage instructions. An exclusion applies only to damage caused by that circumstance; it does not cancel cover for an unrelated manufacturing defect.

A gradual reduction in battery capacity through normal use and ageing is not itself a manufacturing defect. Premature failure or unreasonable loss of capacity may still be covered by this warranty or your consumer guarantees. Follow the supplied battery-care instructions and use only the specified compatible charger.
